Accessible only by the Administrator, the maintaining of this component is straight forward and complete. Shown here is the screen for adding accounts, passwords and reviewing the accumulated history.

The history shows various entries made by which employee, the particular record along with a description of their entry. This along with all screens in the Password / Security component is only available to users with "Administrator" authority.
